About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through installation and onboarding
- Analyze results and set goals for food waste reduction
- Ensure quality of data provided by customers
- Conduct customer review and goal-setting meetings
- Support with hardware installations and kick-off meetings
- Assist customers with technical questions related to the solution
Requirements
- Hospitality, sustainability or customer success background
- Fluent in English and Spanish + another European Language (French, Italian, Portuguese)
- Open to working from 12:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday
- Strong interest in food waste mitigation practices
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
