About the role
- Support both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition during a high-growth period at KITRO
- Act as KITRO’s Personio owner, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data
- Oversee time tracking and timesheet accuracy, including follow-ups with employees and managers
- Plan and coordinate quarterly team meetings
- Run and support recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
- Own 100% completion of onboarding (includes probation) and offboarding processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience across HR operations and/or talent acquisition
- Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders with clarity
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Experience running or supporting end-to-end recruitment
- High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
