- Create a welcoming and organized office experience.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Plan and execute in-office events.

- Recommend tools and workflows that improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or administrative roles.
- Experience managing a large, high-traffic office environment.
- Strong hospitality mindset.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable switching between hands-on execution and higher-level planning.
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs.
- Ability to be fully on-site in Tribeca, NYC five days per week.
