• Own Kira's core positioning as the first AI Operating System for education, and develop messaging frameworks that articulate it consistently across every internal and external audience: educators, curriculum leaders, institutional administrators, government officials, and corporate learning leaders.
• Conduct competitive analysis that goes beyond feature matrices to capture positioning and market perception, and craft differentiation narratives that make Kira's unique value clear.
• Evolve positioning as the product and market develop, keeping messaging fresh and relevant.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Enablement to build effective GTM motions for different market segments and deal types.
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
• Plan and execute product launches that generate awareness and demand.
• Build a deep understanding of Kira's customers - what they care about, how they make decisions, what objections they raise - and synthesize voice-of-customer insights to inform product and marketing strategy.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

• Own your product area from discovery and requirements to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and specs.
• Work deeply across the stack: frontend UX, backend systems, and AI/ML components.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering to break down work, unblock teams, and ship quickly.

Revenue Operations

• Own HubSpot end-to-end: data integrity, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting, and integrations
• Own user management, permissions, and access across the full tech stack
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendors and CSMs across our tool ecosystem
• Own the configuration and optimization of all Sales and CS tools (Gong, Starbridge, etc.), ensuring interoperability with Claude and AI-powered workflows
• Evaluate, onboard, and enable the team on new tools to ensure reps are in execution mode from day one
• Build reports, dashboards, and forecasting frameworks providing leadership with clear, actionable visibility into pipeline and performance

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements
• Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS and usage-based contracts with K–12 districts, including multi-year deals, ramp structures, and non-standard terms
• Lead AR, AP, payroll, and treasury operations; build the processes and controls to scale these as headcount and revenue grow
• Implement and optimize financial systems (ERP, billing, expense management, equity) to support rapid company growth

• Drive Pipeline: Act as the primary driver of marketing-sourced pipeline, measured by sales-qualified meetings from events, digital initiatives, and website conversions.

• Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Drive integrated marketing through management of various digital channels and related tools; support evaluation and consultation of our martech stack.
