Define and own the global software product vision, roadmap, and Annual Operating Plans aligned with corporate strategy
Measure Software Product and Offering portfolio as a pseudo-P&L ensuring strong operational and investment outcomes
Lead portfolio prioritization across platforms, applications, and digital services
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leaders to ensure products are commercially compelling
Own product business cases, including revenue growth, margin, pricing, and investment tradeoffs
Engage directly with strategic customers and partners
Serve as the primary interface between Product Management and Software Development
Identify emerging technologies and warehouse application and trends

Requirements

10-15+ years’ experience in software product management, development, sales, and/or deployment
Senior leadership responsibility for enterprise or B2B software portfolios
Experience within the Supply Chain Solutions industry
Supply chain planning, Warehouse Management, and Warehouse Execution Software experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Strong understanding of modern software development, cloud platforms, and Agile product delivery models
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
Experience working in matrixed, international organizations with significant commercial and customer interaction.
