About the role

  • Works on projects with varying degrees of complexity that integrate hardware and software
  • Identify methods to improve the speed and quality of the Rapid Response processes
  • Conducts periodic status checks with customer and team to assess progress against plan
  • Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement complex project
  • Prepares weekly status reports on all project activities
  • May perform pre-sales support activities

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of successful experience in related field
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in field of specialization
  • Ability to conceptualize solutions for current and legacy system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
