Liaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within the agreed budget and to the agreed functionality
Managing the project reporting, budgets, schedule, revenue collection and cash flow planning
Managing resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors
Onsite Management of Subcontractors and Dematic Project Team
Develop strong stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their business and operational environments
Communicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycle
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related business field
Proven extensive experience 5 years in construction and/or installation for large scale, complex projects
Knowledge of construction or installation processes, materials, and methods
Strong knowledge of construction industry regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills and stakeholder management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in financial controlling software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines
