Project Manager

• Lead the planning and execution of the strategic project portfolio, evolving operations toward a product-oriented, scalable, and innovation-driven model aligned with our digital transformation.
• Direct the comprehensive schedule for obtaining key financial and technical certifications (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, EMVCo, FCC, UL, among others).
• Manage projects using a product lifecycle perspective, prioritizing scalability and continuous business value.
• Lead cross-functional Development, Architecture, and Operations teams, coordinating with external auditors for the timely delivery of controls, technical documentation, and evidence.
• Ensure milestone compliance for the certification and approval of payment terminals (PAX, Ingenico, etc.) with networks and bodies such as EMVCo, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Track gap analyses (Gap Analysis) and activate immediate mitigation plans.
