About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of the strategic project portfolio, evolving operations toward a product-oriented, scalable, and innovation-driven model aligned with our digital transformation.
Direct the comprehensive schedule for obtaining key financial and technical certifications (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, EMVCo, FCC, UL, among others).
Manage projects using a product lifecycle perspective, prioritizing scalability and continuous business value.
Lead cross-functional Development, Architecture, and Operations teams, coordinating with external auditors for the timely delivery of controls, technical documentation, and evidence.
Ensure milestone compliance for the certification and approval of payment terminals (PAX, Ingenico, etc.) with networks and bodies such as EMVCo, Visa, and Mastercard.
Track gap analyses (Gap Analysis) and activate immediate mitigation plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology Management, or a related field, with a specialization in Project Management.
Certifications: Agile or project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2).
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading technology or regulatory compliance projects in Fintech, acquiring/merchant acquiring, or banking/vertical software development companies.
Strong experience in product management and technology platforms.
Proven experience coordinating international projects with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred: Previous experience managing projects related to POS terminals or payment ecosystems.
General understanding of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, EMVCo, privacy) for effective technical communication.
Advanced English (C1 / Native), essential for fluent oral and written communication with international teams and auditors.
Experience using AI-powered tools to optimize project management, documentation, and tracking.
