About the role
- Manage CRM data updates and change requests
- Provide day‑to‑day support to CRM users
- Participate in testing and validation of new CRM features
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Produce and distribute CRM data and usage reports
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technology related field
- A minimum of two years’ hands on CRM experience
- Relevant certifications, coursework or training are a plus but not required, e.g., CRM, data visualization
- Demonstrated experience serving as a CRM data steward
- Strong command of data management practices
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear, professional communicator
