About the role
- Process and submit billing for clinical trial services to sponsors, CROs, and insurance providers
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues with sponsors and vendors
- Maintain accurate billing records and generate monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with clinical teams to verify billable services and study milestones
Requirements
- 2+ years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Proficiency in billing software and Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clinical research billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance billing processes and CPT codes preferred
- Experience with multi-location billing operations preferred
