About the role
- Serve as the strategic owner of the paid media function, setting the vision, strategy, and operating model across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, Podcast, and emerging channels, with full accountability for investment strategy, budget allocation, and business impact.
- Own and steward the paid media investment strategy and budget, making high-impact, data-driven decisions that balance growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing paid media team.
- Serve as a key cross-functional leader, driving alignment across planning, creative, retention, merchandising, finance, and executive teams.
- Act as the company-wide authority on paid media, guiding decision-making and advising senior leadership with recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or Analytics).
- 5+ years of experience leading paid media strategy for B2C eCommerce brands, with a demonstrated track record of scaling customer acquisition while improving efficiency, contribution margin, and long-term customer value.
- Proven experience operating at a senior level with full ownership over budget, strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional influence, ideally within a high-growth, data-driven consumer brand.
- Experience in apparel and style-driven consumer categories is a strong plus.
- Deep expertise across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and emerging channels).
