About the role
- Shape and manage SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page link-building, and analytics
- Work with content producers, developers, and marketing professionals to improve search performance
- Perform regular SEO audits, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports
- Ensure site health by managing crawlability, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes
- Conduct keyword research, map opportunities, and identify content gaps to guide content strategy
- Create SEO briefs and technical tasks for content writers
- Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headers, alt text, and internal linking)
- Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
- Align SEO activities with engagement objectives to drive qualified leads and conversions
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Track record of developing and managing link-building strategies and evaluating backlink quality
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Framer, Strapi or similar)
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX principles
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics for SEO
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
