About the role
- Lead the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting HR, Finance, Legal, and ERP functions
- Define and execute the global applications strategy for HR, Finance, Supply Chain and ERP systems
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology with business goals
- Lead global transformation programs including ERP modernization, cloud migration, and process automation
- Oversee the global applications portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and business value realization
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track application health and user satisfaction
- Lead a global team of 20+ internal application managers, architects, and analysts
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
- Promote DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Extensive IT experience in large organizations
- At least 5 years in a global leadership role
- At least 5 years in global ERP programme delivery
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG sectors preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformations in complex, multinational environments
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP and corporate systems transformations
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, engineering, computer science and/or business administration (required)
- MBA preferred
- Experience working with SOX compliant systems
- Experience managing global teams in a matrixed, multicultural environment
