About the role Lead the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting HR, Finance, Legal, and ERP functions Align technology with business goals through executive stakeholder partnership Responsible for the overall IT delivery of the IFP SAP S/4 RISE Implementation program Lead global transformation programs including ERP modernization, cloud migration, and process automation Guide architectural decisions and platform design Manage strategic vendor relationships of IT Service providers and system integrators Create and agree business case for ERP Transformation program with IFP Executive Leadership and External JV Board Oversee the global applications portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and business value realization Requirements Extensive IT experience in large organizations/enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role At least 5 years in global ERP programme delivery Experience in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG sectors preferred Leadership Development and Talent Management Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformations in complex, multinational environments Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP and corporate systems transformations Deep expertise in platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Coupa, or similar Experience managing global teams and working in a matrixed, multicultural environment Strong understanding of finance, legal, HR, and procurement processes and experience with IT cost and operational efficiency efforts Effective communicator with a proven ability to inspire a global technology team and collaborate across business functions Experience on working with SOX compliant systems and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act as it relates to systems and data Experience of working with external and internal auditors on system and process audits Bachelor’s Degree in the field of information technology, engineering, computer science and/or business administration (required) and an MBA preferred Global relocation assistance including work authorization support Inclusive organization fostering diversity and unique experiences Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
