About the role
- Reporting to the Director of Integration for North America, this role is responsible for leading the transformation and harmonization of organizational processes between Kimberly-Clark and Kenvue in North America.
- Responsible for mapping existing company processes, identifying parallels and differences between KC and Kenvue, harmonizing day 1 critical processes (e.g., management rhythm, annual business plan), and defining harmonization roadmap for all other processes (e.g., innovation processes).
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the two companies to ensure coordination of all key deliverables relevant to the integration.
Requirements
- MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred
- 7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, related business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, operations, or sales analytics with a history of demonstrated business success.
- 3+ Process management and transformation experience
- Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other roles with strategic content highly preferred.
