About the role
- Lead the development of a global procurement strategy and ensure seamless alignment with local, regional and global requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional product owners across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, Quality and Safety teams to achieve challenging goals
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships that deliver measurable business opportunities and continuous innovation
- Lead peer and cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization in the creation and execution of Moist Wipes strategies and initiatives
- Drive out single source suppliers where applicable and lead informed RFx events to achieve a balanced scorecard for the category
- Partner with other ECM Procurement team members in the ownership and execution of all commercial terms and supplier negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or relevant field
- 7+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, or related business experience
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Stakeholder Management
- Experience developing multi-year category and supplier relationship strategies across a diverse product and supplier portfolio
- Strong negotiation skills with experience leveraging data and benchmarking to achieve target contract structures and pricing agreements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage programs within a matrixed, global organization, effectively navigating diverse business strategies, cultures, and time zones
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support collaboration and alignment across regions and stakeholders
