Architect and steward integration patterns between the PPM platform and enterprise systems (Finance, HRIS, Work/Agile tools, Identity).
Define and optimize the PPM data model (hierarchies, objects, fields, relationships) to support portfolio analytics, capacity planning, benefits tracking, and executive reporting with trusted, high‑performing data.
Build and refine automations (notifications, routing, validations, SLAs) that remove manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance the user experience.
Establish and maintain technical standards, environment strategy, release/version controls, and change processes that protect platform stability, security, and auditability.
Configure intake forms, prioritization models, delivery workflows, scoring frameworks, and role‑based views.

Requirements

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of Agile or Work Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ADO, Smartsheet, Craft, etc.).
Experience designing or managing API integrations and data flows across enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with scripting, automation logic, and configuration frameworks.
Strong understanding of portfolio and program management processes and data models.
Knowledge of identity/security models (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and role-based access controls.
Ability to translate business processes into scalable technical design.
