About the role

  • Inspire customers about our brand and products and motivate and support the team in achieving shared goals

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in store management
  • Strong understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • Solid knowledge of KPIs and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
  • Willingness and ability to be on your feet for the duration of scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to travel between cities within German-speaking Switzerland
  • Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • High flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
