About the role
- Inspire customers about our brand and products and motivate and support the team in achieving shared goals
- Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your employees
- Set daily sales targets and create a motivating work environment with individual objectives
- Support the professional development of your team through regular feedback sessions and coaching
- Lead and develop your team with a KPI-driven approach and continuously optimize performance
- Increase sales through strategic analysis of key performance indicators
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in store management
- Strong understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
- Solid knowledge of KPIs and strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
- Willingness and ability to be on your feet for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Willingness to travel between cities within German-speaking Switzerland
- Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- High flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
