About the role
- Establish and maintain a positive working environment by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team
- Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure an attractive product presentation in the store
- Optimize, manage and implement all relevant operational and sales processes
- Take responsibility for sales and the financial results of your store
- Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems
- Responsibility for sales, analyses and staff planning
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion
- Strong customer service orientation and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Team player with leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills and good numeracy
- Passion for cosmetics
- Confident, communicative and professional presence
