About the role

  • You will take full responsibility for our flagship store: operationally, strategically and culturally.
  • You will report directly to the Area Manager for Berlin.
  • Work closely with the Retail and Marketing teams.
  • Lead, coach and develop your team.
  • Build a motivating, performance-oriented working environment.
  • Responsible for sales and financial results, including KPI management.
  • Organize inventory management and ensure outstanding product presentation.
  • Optimize all sales and process workflows.
  • Support events, PR activities and influencer activations.
  • Manage and further develop our VIP customers.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position in retail, ideally in cosmetics or fashion
  • Strong service and sales orientation
  • Experience in high-traffic or high-profile stores is an advantage
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
  • Strong organizational skills and a good understanding of numbers
  • Excellent communication skills, presence and enthusiasm
  • Passion for beauty and trends
