About the role
- Responsible for all stores in your region.
- Analyze sales and KPIs and take appropriate actions.
- Act as mentor, motivator and coach for our store managers and teams.
- Ensure a distinctive KIKO experience across all stores.
- Plan, coordinate and support new store openings.
- Serve as the central interface between stores and headquarters.
- Ensure successful execution of regional marketing activities.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree (Business Administration, Management, Retail).
- Fluent in French and English.
