About the role
- Enthuse customers about KIKO Milano and our products
- Motivate and support the team in daily tasks
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members
- Create staff schedules and organize zone allocation to improve efficiency
- Take responsibility for inventory management and attractive product presentation
- Lead the team with a KPI-focused approach and continuously optimize performance
- Assume responsibility for the store's sales and profitability
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide coaching to support the team's professional development
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience managing a retail store
- Strong understanding of the importance of outstanding customer service
- Good knowledge of KPIs and strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and develop strategic solutions
- Willingness and ability to be on your feet throughout scheduled shifts
- Willingness to travel between cities in German-speaking Switzerland
- Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- High flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
