Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience managing a retail store
  • Strong understanding of the importance of outstanding customer service
  • Good knowledge of KPIs and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and develop strategic solutions
  • Willingness and ability to be on your feet throughout scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to travel between cities in German-speaking Switzerland
  • Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • High flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
