About the role
- Create and maintain a positive working atmosphere through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team.
- Organize merchandise and inventory management on the sales floor and ensure an appealing product presentation in the store.
- Optimize, manage and implement all relevant procedures and sales processes.
- Take responsibility for the sales and financial results of your store.
- Confidently use our merchandise management and POS systems.
- Responsible for sales, analysis and staff planning.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in cosmetics retail or fashion.
- Strong customer-service orientation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Team player with leadership experience.
- Strong organizational skills and good numeracy/analytical aptitude.
- Passion for cosmetics.
- Confident, communicative and professional presence.
