About the role
- Create and maintain a positive working atmosphere through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team.
- Organize inventory management for the sales floor and ensure attractive merchandise presentation in the sales area.
- Optimize, manage and implement all relevant workflows and sales processes.

- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in cosmetics retail or fashion.

- Strong organizational skills and a good numerical understanding.
