About the role
- Create and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team
- Organize inventory management on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the sales area
- Optimize, manage and implement all relevant workflows and sales processes
- Take responsibility for the sales and financial performance of your store
- Confidently operate our merchandise management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Responsible for sales, reporting/analysis and workforce planning
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion
- Strong customer service orientation and proven sales skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Team player with leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills and good numerical/analytical understanding
- Passion for cosmetics
- Confident and professional presence
