About the role

  • Responsible for the sales, costs and overall performance of the stores and employees within your region
  • Ensure adherence to budgets and achievement of sales targets
  • Build and maintain a positive working environment through the recruitment, leadership, development and motivation of your team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and/or a degree in business administration/economics
  • Several years of experience in regional management, preferably in retail, cosmetics or fashion
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act independently
  • Ability to drive the strategic development of your territory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decisiveness
  • Confident and persuasive communication style
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams with passion
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
