About the role
- Responsible for the sales, costs and overall performance of the stores and employees within your region
- Ensure adherence to budgets and achievement of sales targets
- Build and maintain a positive working environment through the recruitment, leadership, development and motivation of your team
- Analyze and manage the stores in your area using KPI systems
- Act as the communication interface between headquarters and the stores
- Plan and implement trade marketing activities in your region to drive success
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and/or a degree in business administration/economics
- Several years of experience in regional management, preferably in retail, cosmetics or fashion
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act independently
- Ability to drive the strategic development of your territory
- Strong problem-solving skills and decisiveness
- Confident and persuasive communication style
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams with passion
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
