About the role
- We're seeking an experienced Account Director to join our growing team at Kigo.
You will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our large enterprise partners, ensuring their success from initial product implementation and onboarding through ongoing account growth and scaling.
Leverage expertise in relationship management, project execution, and strategic account development to drive partner satisfaction, product adoption, and maximize the value of their partnership with Kigo.
Lead strategic initiatives to drive partner success and fuel company growth by delivering exceptional loyalty experiences and advertising campaigns.
Combine customer obsession, technical expertise, and strategic leadership to build and maintain strong partner relationships, oversee implementation of innovative solutions, and expand Kigo’s loyalty media network.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Kigo’s merchant advertising, sales, and development teams, navigating ambiguity to exceed partner expectations and drive Kigo’s growth.
Act as the senior point of contact for key Kigo partner accounts, overseeing strategic partner relationships with a customer-obsessed approach.
Lead collaboration with Kigo’s sales, advertising, and development teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners.
Responsible for revenue generation through adoption of the Kigo platform and performance of advertising campaigns through publishers.
Drive adoption and expanded integrations of Kigo product's across the enterprise.
Provide strategic recommendations on reward and offer selection, campaign development, and program optimization.
Oversee strategic implementation of high-impact solutions leveraging Kigo's platform and product suite, ensuring seamless integration with partner systems and alignment with business objectives.
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging presentation skills to articulate strategies and outcomes.
Drive project management excellence, proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and risks.
Analyze program performance using data analytics tools, delivering actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, including upselling, cross-selling, and partnership development.
Champion partner feedback to drive product innovation and improvement.
Ensure compliance with data sharing agreements, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and reports on account performance, user engagement, and strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership in training and supporting partners on Kigo’s platform, ensuring maximum adoption and value.
Innovate and propose scalable solutions to complex partner challenges, leveraging AI and LLM tools.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing Partner Success team.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years experience managing large enterprise clients in the marketing technology, loyalty, digital advertising, or agency sectors
Demonstrated measurable performance driving large scale platform adoption and revenue growth through enterprise accounts
Strong passion for learning and curiosity about technology, loyalty programs, and client industries.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint decks for technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Strong understanding of loyalty programs, digital advertising, ad campaigns, digital wallets, and SaaS business models.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, with experience using Monday or similar project management platforms to drive successful implementations.
Experience leveraging AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity, scalability, and decision-making in account management processes.
Proven ability to envision innovative, scalable solutions to complex problems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams or junior staff.
Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Strategic thinking and high judgment to drive business outcomes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
