About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
  • Own the marketing funnel and all associated metrics, with a relentless focus on optimizing for CAC and conversion.
  • Lead the commercial launch execution for new product features and integrations, partnering with Product on positioning and with Comms on external narrative.
  • Oversee all paid and organic acquisition channels, including paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Own governance and quality control within k-ID’s agentic marketing workflow, ensuring strategic clarity, brand coherence, and regulatory alignment across all marketing outputs.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the agentic workflow in collaboration with the Product team.
  • Define ICP segmentation and market prioritization in partnership with Sales and Product.
  • Build scalable marketing processes and operating cadence aligned with company growth targets.
  • Establish marketing contribution reporting for executive leadership.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Comms & Policy and the Head of Product to ensure a cohesive and integrated go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate product positioning into commercial messaging that drives demand, ensuring all marketing claims align with Product-defined capabilities.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and one-pagers.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years owning demand generation or growth at a scaling SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of owning and achieving key marketing metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience scaling a marketing function through significant ARR growth phases in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of agentic workflows in the context of marketing and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to optimize it for conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products is preferred.
  • Experience marketing to the gaming, social media, or EdTech industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows is preferred.
  • Startup experience at a Series A to C stage company is preferred.
