Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of strategic Greater China accounts across renewals, upsell, and overall commercial health.
• Build and maintain account plans aligned to customer priorities, product adoption, and regional compliance needs.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, trust and safety, operations, and technical teams.
• Partner closely with Integration Engineering and Legal to support onboarding, deployment, and adoption.
• Maintain customer momentum from contract signature through launch and into expansion.
• Lead renewal and upsell conversations, including commercial alignment, pricing discussions, and negotiation.
• Identify opportunities to expand product usage across additional titles, business units, teams, and markets.

• Track developments across the AI ecosystem relating to youth safety, privacy, age assurance, and platform governance.
• Help identify high priority segments including model providers, consumer AI products, education technology, creator tools, and developer platforms.
• Provide structured feedback to leadership on messaging, objections, and market signals.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for outreach, account activity, and qualification notes.
• Partner closely with marketing, account executives, customer success, and founders on account strategy and follow up.
• Prepare concise handoff notes to support smooth transition of qualified opportunities into later stage sales conversations.
