Full Stack Engineer

Executive Assistant

• Proactively manage EMT diaries, scheduling meetings and resolving complex conflicts independently, wherever possible.
• Forward plan with the EMT to ensure travel and key commitments align with regular responsibilities.
• Oversee and manage business diary, and on occasion their private diary, reprioritising appointments as needed.
• Responsible for greeting and liaising with internal and external clients and service providers.
• Compile and distribute detailed reports, presentations, and management packs for senior meetings.
• Prepare and issue meeting notes, minutes and reports within required timescales.
• Screen emails, calls and visitors, handling sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

Analyst

• - Support onboarding and approval of delegated underwriting arrangements, including binders, Cover holders, brokers, and Appointed Representatives, ensuring compliance with Ki and regulatory requirements
• - Assist with due diligence and ongoing lifecycle management, including renewals, endorsements, and periodic reviews
• - Support broker management activities, including applications, annual reviews, and production of Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs)
• - Contribute to oversight of offshore operations, including query resolution and quality assurance of outputs

• - Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
• - Supporting ongoing monitoring of compliance controls and processes.

Temporary Compliance Analyst

• - Support the Compliance team in delivering financial crime prevention and detection activities, including maintaining a strong understanding of international sanctions regimes
• - Develop, maintain and enhance compliance exception reporting to ensure effective coverage across all business lines
• - Review and investigate exception reports, escalating issues where appropriate and producing clear and accurate MI and monthly reporting
• - Assist in the delivery of compliance monitoring activities and the preparation of related reports
• - Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to key stakeholders, including underwriting teams and senior management
• - Provide guidance and support to the business on licensing, sanctions and regulatory queries
