About the role

  • Work in end-to-end hiring process of candidates.
  • Support the coordination of interviews and assessments.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system and compiling 201 files from new hires and existing employees.
  • Documenting 201 files from time to time for auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with various TA team members on various recruitment projects.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in practicum, internship, or OJT units **(minimum of 300 hours).**
  • Candidate must be a student taking internship/practicum/OJT units in any of the following courses: **Business Studies, Mass Communication, or equivalent.**
  • Must be attentive to detail and a proactive member of the team.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Hybrid setup (must be able to report on-site located in Pasig City ONCE a week)
  • Interest in the gaming industry is a plus.
