About the role
- Act as the primary escalation point for IT issues and service requests for 13 M&E studios, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication in partnership with our Global Service Delivery teams.
- Lead and manage the transition of studios onto key corporate IT initiatives, including driving adoption and migration to Google Workplace, overseeing adoption of ServiceNow, and managing the rollout of new hardware RFP.
- Develop and execute detailed transition plans, create documentation, and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes with minimal disruption to studio operations.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with studio leadership and key personnel to understand their business needs and ensure IT initiatives deliver value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, service transition, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology adoption projects (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, ERP).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices.
- Experience working in or with creative industries, such as Media & Entertainment or video games, is a significant plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
