About the role

  • - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Player Engagement roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • - Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates for player support operations.
  • - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • - Prepare and maintain basic recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking progress and metrics.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • - 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or gaming industry.
  • - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • - Proficiency in Google Workspace or other basic reporting tools.
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
