Develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense (Power BI knowledge is a strong plus)
Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets efficiently
Collaborate closely with logistics and business teams to:
Simplify and streamline existing processes
Identify issues in current systems and propose enhancements
Explore, design, and recommend new data-driven solutions
Understand business needs and translate them into meaningful analytical insights
Support the creation of dashboards that directly support operational and strategic decision-making
Actively engage with business users, applying a critical, solution-oriented, and value-driven mindset

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense
Solid proficiency in SQL, with experience working on large and complex datasets
Ability to independently explore data and identify relevant insights
Experience in logistics or supply chain projects is a plus
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus (Qlik Sense and Power BI preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work closely with business users, understand their needs, and propose tailored analytical solutions
Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluency in English
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
