About the role
- Execute and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of borrowing and lending transactions
- Negotiate bilateral term sheets with institutional counterparties and manage liquidity across DeFi money markets
- Manage the firm’s interest rate profile
- Develop and maintain a proprietary collateral scoring framework
- Work closely with Legal and Risk to navigate ISDA/GMRA-like frameworks
- Use Python to build tools that monitor real-time "Health Factors" and LTVs
- Act as a primary point of contact for institutional lenders and liquidity providers
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience on a Repo, Securities Lending, or STIR desk
- Deep understanding of the mechanics of secured financing, including margin calls, substitution of collateral, and term structures
- Proven ability to "score" assets
- Strong Python skills are non-negotiable
- Enjoy the "blank canvas" of the crypto markets
- Understanding of how over-collateralized on-chain lending works (utilization curves, liquidation logic)
