- Support the Director, Mechanical and Plant Engineering, in building and expanding the segment
- Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
- Acquire new clients for filling key positions and build key accounts
- Develop strategies to maximize potential based on market observations

- Several years of hands-on professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering or in a consulting firm with a comparable industry focus
