About the role
- Support the Director for Mechanical and Plant Engineering in building and expanding the segment
- Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
- Professionally acquire and win new clients for key mandates
- Develop and implement strategies based on market observations
- Manage and expand existing client relationships
- Lead placement processes for (inter)national mandates
- Collaborate with research specialists and conduct candidate conversations
- Act as a KEYPLAYER brand ambassador and inspire clients
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on professional experience in the mechanical and plant engineering industry or in management consulting with a comparable industry focus and a corresponding network
- Affinity for sales and business development
- Strong service mentality and a passion for people
- Structured, conscientious way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Professional, representative appearance
- Highest standards of quality and customer orientation as a natural expectation
- Innovative problem-solver with commitment and drive
- Professional network at decision-maker level within industry is an advantage but not required
