About the role
- Administer and support Samsung MagicInfo / VXT digital signage platform
- Host live events on Zoom, Microsoft and Vbrick platforms
- Setup, test, and maintain equipment used for videoconferencing integrated room systems and special custom projects
- Create and maintain system and documentation for testing and validation of equipment
- Work in a team environment collaboratively
- Support Executives and their Admins in meeting setup & planning
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate with clients
- Travel as necessary to locations hosting Key events
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in AV / event production
- Experience with Samsung MagicInfo, VXT, or similar digital signage management
- Experience hosting events on enterprise platforms such as Zoom webinars, Microsoft Teams and Vbrick
- Experience with video conference equipment troubleshooting
- Experience with user requirements gathering and analysis for event planning
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
