About the role
- Perform functions in support of Key Merchant Services and Integrated Payments ISO
- Responsibilities include merchant onboarding and ongoing merchant risk monitoring
- Review and decision concurrence requests for new applications, funding holds and releases
- Monitor daily suspended transactions
- Oversight reviews of client's merchant onboarding and risk monitoring results
- Prepare monthly client metrics reporting on chargebacks, returns, and losses
- Contribute to oversight meetings with internal risk and compliance partners
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 7 years credit risk or Merchant acquiring risk experience
- Experience with Aperia required
- Understanding of credit risk, fraud, and risk mitigation practices
- Ability to analyze merchant details and provide recommendations based on credit policy
- Experience with suite of Microsoft Office applications: (Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
