About the role
- The Solutions Consultant blends sales support acumen and technical product knowledge to enhance the sales process and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline for assigned segments/industry verticals, coordinating with Product Managers, Marketing and Vendor Partners.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations remotely or on-site at a prospect’s location.
- Translate client technical needs to internal and external service partners.
- Collaborate to develop sales tools and training materials; respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Support order-to-cash automation offerings including invoice delivery, electronic payment acceptance, and cash application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of order to cash automation solution sales experience or 5+ years of complex treasury management sales experience.
- Self-starter with ability to acquire deep industry knowledge in order to cash automation and/or merchant services.
- Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value of complex, technical solutions.
- Ability to build effective relationships with end users and decision makers in mid-market and large corporate companies.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
