About the role
- Source, pitch, and execute transactions in Financial Services industry
- Responsible for revenue generation through the origination, execution and closing of M&A transactions
- Establish Trusted Advisor relationship with important corporate and private equity clients
- Build new relationships through thoughtful and targeted business development activities
- Identify prospects and pull in the appropriate team and resources to drive new client growth
- Provide technical and developmental support to junior and mid-level bankers
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years M&A experience
- Proven client relationships and execution capabilities
- Strong preference for coverage/business development experience in Insurance, Asset Management, Wealth or RIA Investment Banking
- Series SIE, 7/79, 63 licenses
- Possess broad M&A product knowledge and technical expertise
- Exceptional at developing and maintaining important client relationships
- Superior M&A execution capabilities with excellent client management and presentation skills
