Compliance

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s mortgage compliance program.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state mortgage lending laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Technology, and Business Development.
• Design, implement, and enhance the enterprise mortgage compliance management system (CMS).
• Establish policies, procedures, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Present compliance program updates, risk metrics, and remediation plans to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory changes affecting mortgage activities.
• Advise on compliance implications of new products and manage regulatory relationships.
• Develop and execute a risk-based compliance testing and monitoring schedule.
• Identify and remediate compliance deficiencies and trends.
• Develop compliance training programs for staff and promote a proactive compliance culture.
• Lead and mentor a team of mortgage compliance professionals.
