• Run discovery: user interviews, problem framing, usability testing with internal employees
• Own the full design lifecycle — research, wireframes, prototypes, specs, handoff, post-launch validation
• Design data-dense interfaces: dashboards, configuration workflows, RBAC, audit trails, threat data representation screens, mobile screens around eKYC and mobile authentication workflows
• Maintain a unified design system in Figma across V-Key's product suite
• Build and maintain design system components using technologies such as React + Tailwind
• Ship small UI fixes directly (typography, spacing, colour, micro-interactions)
• Prototype complex interactions in code when Figma falls short
• Review frontend PRs for design and accessibility
