Sales

• Own the annual revenue quota for India.
• Analyse the markets developments and customer requirements.
• Identify and establish new businesses, with special focus on the BFSI sector across India.
• Develop and execute sales and account plans, budget, forecasts, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue growth in this sector.
• Establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of customers’ organizations and departments.
• Report sales performance against quotas and analyse all win/lose opportunities periodically.
• Work with the various cross-functional departments(Corporate and PMO) to prepare tenders, proposals and quotations.
• Quote and negotiate appropriate customer prices, contracts, terms and conditions.
• Identify /Organize and participate in trade exhibitions/events, conferences, seminars and meetings to raise awareness and generate leads.
• Prepare marketing materials and sales toolkit.
• Build and deepen the relations with both System Integrators (Sis) and channel partners focused on the BFSI sectors across the region.

• Reproducing the attack(s), in suitable contexts

• Define, own, and continuously evolve the end-to-end product architecture across mobile SDK, backend services, identity platforms, and data systems
• Drive product architecture strategy and promote reusable, scalable platform capabilities across product lines
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions
• Design and lead development of distributed, high-availability systems across client, server, and data layers
• Architect secure and resilient mobile SDKs with seamless backend and identity integration
• Design and evolve backend and identity platforms, including APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• Define and scale data platforms and pipelines for telemetry, analytics, and threat intelligence use cases
• Ensure systems are built with security, compliance, scalability, and reliability by design
• Drive adoption of modern architecture patterns (microservices, cloud-native, API-first, event-driven)

• Provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and strategic direction across engineering teams
• Conduct architecture reviews and enforce design standards and best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams for aligned and efficient execution
• Support customer engagements and pre-sales discussions requiring deep technical expertise
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines, fintech and security standards)
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, security-first engineering culture
