Technical Product Manager

• Identify, manage and develop strategic relationships with key global partners to secure and diversify ingredient supply.
• Structure agreements and co-develop scalable, compliant solutions that align with company goals.
• Partner with Regulatory and Quality to execute global filings (GRAS, EFSA, Novel Food) and ensure ingredient compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Act as the bridge between internal science teams and external regulators to accelerate commercial readiness.
• Stand up and qualify key technical operations — from lab to pilot through scale-up — in partnership with Quality and Supply Chain.
• Evaluate existing partner engineering stacks and collaborate on commissioned changes or upgrades needed.
• Translate R&D outputs into GMP-ready, food-grade production through disciplined planning and execution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Business Development to align technical execution with commercial strategy.
• Define and execute the roadmap for ingredient commercialization, GTM, and portfolio growth.
• Design redundancy into our supply and GTM ecosystems, and uphold global quality and safety standards.
