About the role

  • Own integrated product execution across all physical Product at Ketone-IQ — including consumables, packaging, retail merchandising, and branded materials — guiding project initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Define and manage launch plans, dependencies, and decision gates to balance speed, cost (COGS), quality, and operational feasibility.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring clarity of ownership and momentum across complex initiatives.
  • Ensure downstream needs of GTM Teams (Sales, E-commerce, and Marketing — e.g., product pages, creative assets, sales materials, and operational readiness) are considered early and sequenced appropriately.
  • Partner with stakeholders post-launch to monitor Product performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities, upgrades, cost-savings, and operational improvements.
  • Design and maintain scalable systems for project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional visibility (e.g., Notion; PJM tools like Asana, Smartsheets, Instagantt, Google Suite).
  • Build clear, repeatable workflows for product development, specification management, packaging changes, and commercialization that enable teams to move faster without sacrificing rigor.
  • Lead RFPs and supplier sourcing/evaluation for packaging, merchandising, merch, and other physical components, assessing options across cost, quality, scalability, sustainability, and risk.
  • Jump into high-priority initiatives as needed — especially where structure, coordination, and execution are required to unblock progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, commercialization, or adjacent roles within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or regulated consumer products.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product and packaging initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external partners (co-manufacturers, packaging vendors, creative production partners).
  • Strong comfort owning packaging projects (even if not a packaging engineer) — including sourcing, vendor qualification, sustainability trade-offs, and cost considerations.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible work arrangements
