Billing Specialist

• Ensure patients statements are generating appropriately
• Supports call center operations by receiving patient inbound calls
• Works with the patient to establish payment terms consistent with Kestra policies and procedures
• Utilize the various RCM systems to assist patients with making credit card and bank account payments
• Research and resolve patient billing concerns
• Identify if specific receivables are to be qualified as refunds
• Initiate patient outbound calls to drive patient cash collections
• Identify and communicate issues leading to patient complaints

Account Manager

• Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as well as performance-based objectives

• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership

• Responsible for securing new business and managing a sales area independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices.
• This position contacts and consults with a variety of clients in a mixture of clinical settings.
• In addition to direct sales responsibilities for a given territory, the Territory Manager provides training, ongoing product service and support, and assistance in the reimbursement process.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as well as performance-based objectives.

• Collaborate and partner with the local Territory Manager(s).
• Responsible for helping manage Assure Patient Specialists (ASPs); educating customers; in-servicing local health care professionals and support staff; and working with select service agencies on fitting needs and protocols.
• Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with Territory Manager and Sales Management
