About the role
- Handle delivering sales performance and promoting products within oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio
- Collaborate cross functionally in each geography
- Develop and execute a call-plan to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities
- Demonstrate deep understanding of territory market landscape, competitors, and anticipate environmental changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries
- Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally within a matrix environment
- Self-starter with analytic abilities to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60-80%
