About the role

  • Advise customers on Novartis’ product portfolio and services using digital and analog channels
  • Analyze all available data sources and information and document insights about customers
  • Use omnichannel customer engagement to maximize impact on patients, customers, and the company
  • Responsible for territory and center management and for creating relevant territory, account, and customer contact plans
  • Implement customer interaction concepts in cross-functional coordination with sales, medical, and key account management teams
  • Develop product- and indication-related content, campaigns, and interaction plans in collaboration with teams

Requirements

  • Scientist or trained pharmaceutical representative; PTA, MTA, BTA, CTA (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Legal qualification under Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (Sachkunde nach §75 AMG)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning
  • Management of customers and accounts, including use of communication and negotiation skills (customer- and patient-focused communication)
  • Understanding of business insights and data (including technical platforms, analytics, and structured thinking) to improve patient outcomes
  • Management of customer experiences and cross-functional collaboration (internal/external)
  • Omnichannel customer engagement (knowledge/platform experience)
  • Self-directed and target-oriented working style
  • Excellent German (spoken and written) and good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's license (Class B or Class 3)
