About the role
- Drive network supply and optimize inventory
- Ensure demand completeness, accuracy, and stability for finished product
- Implement and maintain product parameters across the network
- Define and ensure global consistency of planning master data
- Responsible for completeness, accuracy, and stability of finished product net requirements
- Coordinate site tactical planners for supply plans
- Lead supply scenario analysis across the supply network
- Optimize supply and inventory plans
Requirements
- BS/ BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience
- Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience ideally gained in the pharmaceutical, Bio‐Pharma or similar industries across various disciplines
- Basic, working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and current expectations
- People management experience including leading cross‐functional team preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain business processes and experience preferably in Planning
- Solid experience with SAP and Kinaxis required
- Self‐starter with excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation development skills
- Ability to facilitate conversations and drive towards decisions in ambiguous environments
- Some level of change and project management experience and intercultural experience
